Massage which is the rubbing or kneading of parts of the body, has several benefits. The following are ways you can massage the forehead to stop frowning. The massage can be done by you, the help of some body or a physiotherapist.
- Wash you hands and face. You have to massage with clean hands and a damp face.
- You can use moisturizers, lotion, oil to facilitate the movement of the fingers on your skin.
- Apply moisturizers to the affected area, that is, the forehead.
- Run you hands outwardly from the center of your forehead just above the top of the nose to the side of your head. Do this for about three minutes. This helps you to relax the muscles on your forehead and in turn helps you stop frowning.
