How to prevent wrinkles

Having wrinkles should not really be of concern to you as wrinkles is one thing we will all have to face as we grow older. What you should concern yourself about is how quickly you get wrinkles on your skin.
Some people, because of their lifestyle, the activities they involve in, etc. tend to have wrinkles more quickly than others. To avoid this, you have to prevent wrinkles from appearing on your skin.

How to Prevent Wrinkles
The following are some of the ways to prevent wrinkles from appearing on your skin.
1.    Wear Sunscreen: Sun exposure is one of the major causes of wrinkles. To prevent wrinkles, you have to reduce the rate at which you expose your skin to the glare of the sun.
If you must go out, wear sunscreen no matter how cloudy the weather is outside. This will help to prevent your skin from the damage of the sun.
You can also use suntan and sunglasses when ever you go out for additional protection.
2.    Boost your collagen: Collagen is a protein found in the skin which repairs damage skin. As we grow older, the production of these collagen tends to drop or reduce. To prevent wrinkles on your skin, you must stimulate the production of collagen in your body.
3.    Stop smoking: Smoking make your skin to develop wrinkles early in life. This is because smoking hinders the production of collagen on your skin thereby making your skin to lose that elasticity (provided by collagen) when you smoke over time.
4.    Avoid strong soaps and creams: The use of some strong soaps, creams, facial cleansers, etc. can cause wrinkles to form on your skin. Surprisingly some of these creams and soaps are supposed to cure wrinkles.
