How To Get Rid Of Old Wrinkles

Wrinkle is inevitable as we grow older. Whether we like it or not, we will all have wrinkles on the skin as we grow older. Everyone wants a wrinkle free skin and as such wants to get rid of wrinkles as soon as they start surfacing. Getting rid of old wrinkles is difficult and most times seems impossible to achieve. But there are things you can do to minimize the effect of old wrinkles on the skin if you are lucky the impact may be great. Here are tips to help you get rid of old wrinkles.
  • Purchase a good anti-wrinkle product. This could be wrinkle fillers or wrinkle creams. Botox injection is also very useful in reducing wrinkles only that it removes wrinkles temporary.
  • Moisturize your skin regularly. Go to a good store and purchase a good moisturizing cream. Moisturizing cream help to make the skin supple thus reducing the effect of wrinkles on the skin. You can also moisturize the inside by drinking enough water daily.
  • Avoid too much exposure to the sun. If you must enter the sun ensure you protect yourself by wearing sun block and or face caps, sunglasses, etc. exposure to the sun increases the effect of wrinkles thereby making it worse.
  • Stop smoking now if you smoke and want to get rid of old wrinkles. Smoking has been known to increase wrinkles on the skin. Smoke causes a reduction in the production of collagen and elastin.
  • Try to be happy so as to avoid frowning. Frowning encourages the formation of wrinkles on the face especially in the areas around the forehead.  In general, watch your facial expression and stop repeated muscular movement on the face as it can make the wrinkles on the face worse.

Frowning had become part of so many people. The question is why do people frown? My investigation through interaction with people and from experience proved that people frown for some reasons. People frown when they are stressed, worked-up, etc.; some when they keep malice; when they are disturbed; when they are angry, etc. The funniest thing is that most people who frown don’t even know they do!
